抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)是一种在自然界中发现的紧凑型肽分子,具有广谱抗菌活性和低耐药性的特点,在畜牧业中被当作抗生素的理想替代物.设计新型AMPs可以解决天然AMPs生产成本高、毒性大、稳定性低等问题,并且在畜禽养殖中可以提高畜禽生长性能、增强免疫功能、改善肠道菌群平衡,具有巨大潜力与应用前景.文章主要综述了天然抗菌肽来源、新型抗菌肽设计的方法及在畜禽生产中应用的研究进展,以期为抗菌肽作为饲料添加剂在畜牧生产上的研究与应用提供参考.

Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are compact peptide molecules found in nature,featuring broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and low drug resistance.They are regarded as ideal substitutes for antibiotics in animal husbandry.Designing new AMPs can address the issues of high production costs,high toxicity,and low stability of natural AMPs,and can enhance the growth performance,immune function,and intestinal flora balance of livestock and poultry in animal husbandry,presenting great potential and application pros-pects.This article mainly reviews the sources of natural AMPs,the methods for designing new AMPs,and the research progress of their application in animal husbandry,providing a reference for the research and application of AMPs as feed additives in animal husbandry.
