定制化饲料对从岭藏鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能及盲肠菌群的影响OA
Effects of Customized Feed on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Capacity,Immune Function and Cecal Microbiota of Congling-Tibetan Chickens
试验旨在研究定制化饲料对从岭藏鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能及盲肠菌群的影响.选取1日龄从岭藏鸡1 200只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复100只鸡.对照组按舟曲当地模式饲养,即饲喂普通肉鸡饲料和部分原粮,试验组饲喂针对从岭藏鸡生长规律定制的全价料,试验期60 d.分析2组鸡在生长性能、饲料转化率及免疫功能等方面的差异.结果显示:定制化饲料极显著提高了从岭藏鸡1~28 d的平均日增重和29~60 d的平均日采食量(P<0.01),血清、空肠黏膜及肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶的活性(P<0.01)和肝脏总抗氧化能力(P<0.01),以及血清免疫球蛋白含量(P<0.01)、空肠黏膜白细胞介素2(P<0.01)和分泌型免疫球蛋白A的含量(P<0.01).定制化饲料显著上调了从岭藏鸡瘤胃球菌属和巴恩斯氏菌属丰度(P<0.05),显著下调了粪杆菌属丰度.综上所述,定制化饲料可提高从岭藏鸡生长性能,改善血清生化指标,增强血清、空肠黏膜和肝脏的抗氧化能力,增强血清和空肠黏膜的免疫功能,减少肠道炎症反应,优化盲肠微生物菌群结构.
The study aimed to investigate the effects of customized feed on the growth performance,antioxi-dant capacity,immune function and cecal microbiota of Congling-Tibetan chickens.One thousand two hundred newly hatched chicks,were randomly assigned into two experimental treatments,with six repli-cates in each treatment and 100 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with ordinary broiler feed together with part of unprocessed grain according to the local breeding pattern in Zhouqu,while the testing group was fed with customized complete feed on the basis of the growth law of Congling-Tibetan chicks.The feeding experiment lasted for 60 d.The differences of growth performance,feed con-version and immune function between the two groups were observed and analyzed.The results showed that the customized feed significantly increased the average body gain from 1 to 28 and average feed intake from 29 to 60(P<0.01).The results of 16S rDNA sequencing for microbiota in the cecum of Congling-Tibetan chickens showed that the abundances of Rumen coccus and Barnesia spp.were up-regulated,and that of Faecalibacte-rium spp.was down-regulated.In summary,the customized feed improved the growth performance of Congling-Tibetan chickens,improved the serum bio-chemical indexes,enhanced the antioxidant capacity of serum,jejunal mucosa and liver,and the immune function of serum and jejunal mucosa,reduced intestinal inflammatory response,and optimized the struc-ture of cecal microbial flora.
