Full-Dimensional Evaluation Technology of Feed

饲料评价目前多聚焦于营养价值评定,主要包括营养物质的含量和生物利用率.文章基于多维度评价理念和前人研究基础,构建了涵盖饲料的营养物质、营养活性物质、安全风险物质、物理特性、化学特性和生物特性的全维度饲料评价指标体系.综述各维度的评价指标、测定方法及研究进展,探究了该评价技术在原料数据库建设、原料经济价值评价、原料分类、饲料配方制作和配合饲料优化等方面的应用.全维度饲料评价技术实现了从饲料的营养价值评定向全性能指标评价的发展,推动配合饲料评价向预测性、控制性发展,为饲料原料精准评价、配合饲料品质优化及动物养殖效益提升提供了评价指标和技术支撑.

Current feed evaluation mainly focuses on nutritional value assessment,involving the content and bioavailability of nutrients.Based on the multi-dimensional evaluation concept and previous research achievements,this paper constructs a full-dimensional feed evaluation index system covering nutrients,nutritionally active substances,safety risk substances,physical properties,chemical properties,and biologi-cal characteristics of feed.The evaluation indicators,determination methods,and research progress of each dimension are reviewed,and the applications of this evaluation technology in raw material database con-struction,economic value assessment of feed ingredients,feed material classification,feed formula design,and compound feed optimization are explored.The full-dimensional feed evaluation technology realizes the evolution from single nutritional value evaluation to comprehensive performance index evaluation of feed,promotes the predictive and controllable development of compound feed evaluation,and provides evaluation indicators and technical support for accurate evaluation of feed ingredients,quality optimization of compound feed,and improvement of animal breeding benefits.
