芳香烃受体在特应性皮炎中的作用机制及中西医干预研究进展OA
Research progress on mechanisms of aryl hydrocarbon receptor in atopic dermatitis and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention
芳香烃受体(AhR)是一种受配体调控的转录因子,介导环境和细胞相互作用.既往认为其受多环芳烃等环境污染物激活参与污染物代谢活化,后研究发现AhR也可介导多种皮肤疾病的发生发展.在皮肤组织炎症状态下,AhR的活化可以治疗多种炎症性皮肤病.内源性或外源性配体通过激活AhR信号通路,能够使特应性皮炎(AD)患者的炎症状态得到改善,而中医药干预手段也通过此条信号通路达到治疗目标.因此,阐明AhR配体激活AhR信号通路在AD中的机制,并揭示中医药对该通路的调控模式,将为发现下一代治疗靶点提供全新思路.
The aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)is a ligand-dependent transcription factor that mediates environmental-cell interactions.It was previously recognized to be activated by environmental pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and participate in the metabolic activation of pollutants.Subsequent studies have revealed that AhR also mediates the development and progression of various skin diseases.In inflammatory skin conditions,activation of AhR can treat multiple inflammatory skin diseases.Both endogenous and exogenous ligands activate the AhR signaling pathway,thereby improving inflammatory conditions in patients with atopic dermatitis(AD).Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)interventions also target this pathway to achieve therapeutic effects.Therefore,elucidating the mechanisms by which AhR ligands activate the AhR signaling pathway in AD and revealing the regulatory patterns of TCM on this pathway will provide novel insights for identifying next-generation therapeutic targets.
