基于温阳散寒活血法探讨桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗癌性疼痛OA

Pain caused by cancer significantly affects patients'survival time and quality of life.Therefore,effectively al-leviating pain and improving survival rates and quality of life have become critical issues that cannot be ignored in clinical treatment.Modern medicine follows the"three-step analgesic ladder'principle,which has certain efficacy but is often ac-companied by significant adverse reactions and drug resistance.According to traditional Chinese medicine theory,the patho-genesis of cancer pain primarily involves internal insufficiency of Yang Qi and external cold congelation and blood stasis.Guizhi Fuling Pills,a classic formula in Chinese medicine for warming and unblocking meridians,dispelling cold,and acti-vating blood circulation to resolve stasis,originates from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Originally used to treat abdomi-nal masses and metrostaxis in women,this formula has been widely applied in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Given the characteristics of cancer pain,which include Yang deficiency,cold congelation,and blood stasis,this paper systemati-cally explores the rationale for the application of Guizhi Fuling Pills and its modified formulas in the treatment of cancer pain,starting from classical traditional Chinese medicine theories and integrating modern pharmacological research.It em-phasizes the synergistic effects of warming Yang,dispersing cold,and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis,aiming to expand the application of classical formulas in supportive care for cancer pain and provide new insights and clinical refer-ences for traditional Chinese medicine participation in cancer pain management.
