基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗神经源性膀胱研究文献计量学及可视化分析OA

Objective:To conduct a visualized analysis of the current status,hotspots and trends in research literature on acupuncture treatment for neurogenic bladder(NB)using CiteSpace software.Methods:Relevant literature on acupunc-ture treatment for NB indexed in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2000,to March 31,2025,was retrieved.Visualized analysis of annual publication volume,authors,institutions and keywords was per-formed using charts and CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 578 articles were included.Since 2000,the number of publi-cations on acupuncture treatment for NB showed an increasing trend.Different research teams existed,with Zhang Hong,Liu Chengmei,and Wei Fangyue as core researchers,while Liu Qiong,Xu Ming,and others were the main recent researchers in this field.The primary research institutions were Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Henan University of Chinese Medicine,among which Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and its affiliated institutions had the highest publication vol-ume(40 articles).The top three keywords in terms of co-occurrence frequency were spinal cord injury,electroacupuncture,and moxibustion.Cluster analysis yielded nine themes,including spinal cord injury and electroacupuncture.Timeline analysis revealed a shift in research focus from clinical observation to mechanisms and exploration of specific acupoints.Burst analy-sis identified 15 burst keywords,including bladder function and the Baliao acupoints(BL 31-34).Conclusion:Research on acupuncture treatment for NB has received increasing attention.Research hotspots focus on NB caused by spinal cord injury,intervention methods such as electroacupuncture and moxibustion,as well as acupoint selection rules and compatibility.The mechanisms of acupuncture in regulating bladder function,innovations in urodynamic assessment techniques,integration with artificial intelligence(AI)technology,evaluation of quality of life,and exploration of the acupoint-nerve-target organ electrophysiological coupling mechanism are frontier research directions.
