Study on the impact of connectivity restoration of Yanjing River,a tributary of Chishui River,on fish community and habitat factors

针对赤水河一级支流盐井河下游拦河道路导致的生态阻隔问题,通过鱼道改造和障碍拆除开展连通性恢复工程,基于3次监测数据,分析生境因子、鱼类种群动态及生态功能的响应特征.结果显示,工程实施后,水体溶氧(DO)显著提升27.8%,水流速(V)增加30.5%,浊度(TUR)下降40.5%,且各区段水文特征趋同性增强.鱼类资源量恢复,长江上游特有鱼类及短距离洄游鱼类种类与数量显著增加.群落多样性指数(Shannon、Margalef、Pielou)均呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05),功能丰富度指数(Fric、FEve、FDiv)同样呈现上升趋势,表示鱼类生态位空间利用效率得到优化.雌雄性比从上游至下游依次下降,性腺发育至Ⅳ-Ⅵ期的个体占比从59%提升至93%,中上游区段性腺发育中后期的鱼类聚集特征显著.适宜栖息地指数(HSI)揭示了连通性修复对宽口光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus monticola)和黄尾鲴(Xenocypris davidi)的栖息地具有明显的改善作用,中坡区域(工程之间)成为极适宜栖息地区段.研究表明,连通性恢复工程通过优化水文过程与提升栖息地质量,有效促进了盐井河水体环境质量改善、鱼类群落结构优化及生殖习性的自然恢复,为赤水河干支流的生态保护与修复工作提供了科学支撑和技术示范.

Aiming at the ecological barrier caused by the river-crossing road in the lower reaches of Yanjing River,a first-class tributary of the Chishui River,a connectivity restoration project was carried out through fishway reconstruction and barrier removal.Based on three rounds of monitoring data,the response characteristics of habitat factors,fish population dynamics and ecological functions were analyzed.The results showed that after the implementation of the project,the dissolved oxygen(DO)content in the water body increased significantly by 27.8%,the water flow velocity(V)increased by 30.5%,and the turbidity(TUR)decreased by 40.5%,with the convergence of hydrological characteristics in each section enhanced.The fish resources were restored,and the species and quantities of endemic fish in the upper Yangtze River as well as short-distance migratory fish increased remarkably.The community diversity indices(Shannon,Margalef and Pielou)all showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05),and the functional diversity indices(Fric,FEve,FDiv)also presented an increasing trend,indicating that the utilization efficiency of fish niche space was optimized.The female-to-male ratio decreased successively from the upper reaches to the lower reaches,and the proportion of individuals with gonadal development at stages Ⅳ-Ⅵ increased from 59%to 93%,with a significant aggregation feature of fish in the middle and late stages of gonadal development in the middle and upper reaches.The Habitat Suitability Index(HSI)revealed that connectivity restoration had a significant improvement effect on the habitats of Acrossocheilus monticola and Xenocypris davidi,and the mid-slope area(between the project sections)became a highly suitable habitat section.This study demonstrated that the connectivity restoration project effectively promoted the improvement of water environmental quality,the optimization of fish community structure and the natural recovery of reproductive habits in the Yanjing River by optimizing hydrological processes and improving habitat quality,which provides scientific support and technical demonstration for the ecological protection and restoration of the mainstream and tributaries of the Chishui River.
