百岁兰研究进展OA
Research progress of Welwitschia mirabilis
自1859年百岁兰被发现以来,国内外植物学家在其形态学、生理学、生态学、分类学、分子生物学等各个方面开展了广泛研究.本文对百岁兰的分类、濒危等级及保护、光合代谢模式、组织培养、系统进化等方面的相关研究进行了梳理,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.研究结论可为百岁兰这一珍稀种质资源的开发与利用提供参考.
Since the discovery of Welwitschia mirabilis in 1859,botanists worldwide have conducted extensive research on its morphology,physiology,ecology,taxonomy,and molecular biology.This paper systematically reviews the research advances of W.mirabilis in classification,endangered status and conservation,photosynthetic metabolic mode,tissue culture,and phylogenetic evolution.Future research directions are also proposed.The findings provide a theoretical reference for the development and rational utilization of the rare germplasm resources of Welwitschia mirabilis.
