低温冷藏下赏食百合鳞茎食药用品质的动态变化OA

Dynamic changes in edible and medicinal quality of ornamental-edible lily bulbs under low-temperature storage

为探明低温冷藏对百合鳞茎食药用品质的影响,分析了 6个百合品种(种)在4 ℃冷藏条件下的鳞茎主要营养成分和功能成分的含量变化.结果表明:冷藏期间,所有百合品种的鳞茎淀粉含量显著下降,鳞茎可溶性糖含量显著上升.不同百合品种间鳞茎活性成分含量差异显著,'橙色阳光'的鳞茎总多糖含量最高,所有品种的鳞茎总多糖含量在冷藏60 d后均显著降低.短期低温冷藏可显著提高6个百合品种(种)的鳞茎总皂苷含量,鳞茎总酚含量和总黄酮含量呈品种特异性的变化趋势.本研究系统阐明了不同百合品种(种)的鳞茎在低温冷藏期间的物质代谢动态特征,研究结果可为制定不同用途百合的冷藏策略以及选育适宜低温冷藏的功能型品种提供理论依据.

To investigate the effects of low-temperature storage on the edible and medicinal quality of lily bulbs,the changes in the content of major nutritional and functional components in bulbs of six lily varieties(species)were determined under cold storage of 4 ℃.The results showed that during the cold storage period,the bulbs of all lily varieties exhibited a significant decrease in starch content and a significant increase in soluble sugar content.Significant differences in bioactive component contents were observed in bulbs among lily varieties.'Chengse Yangguang'had the highest total polysaccharide content in bulbs,and the total polysaccharide content in bulbs of all varieties decreased significantly after 60 days of cold storage.Short-term low-temperature storage could significantly increase the total saponin content in bulbs of all six lily varieties(species),the total phenolics and total flavonoids contents in bulbs exhibited variety-specific variation trends.This study systematically elucidates the dynamic characteristics of substance metabolism in different lily varieties(species)during low-temperature storage,providing a theoretical basis for developing storage strategies for lilies of different uses and breeding functional varieties adaptable to low-temperature storage.
