为提升百合鳞片扦插繁殖效率,筛选出适宜百合鳞片的扦插基质,以不同种类多孔性材料及'穿梭'百合为试验材料,分析了不同种类多孔性材料的结构特性、吸水与释水性能,以及其对'穿梭'百合鳞片扦插的影响.结果表明:9种多孔性材料表面均呈现出显著的多孔结构特征.火山岩的孔径(157~232 μm)最大,植金石的孔径(仅2~6 μm)最小.9种多孔性材料的孔密度为36~252个/mm2,轻石的孔密度(252个/mm2)最大,火山岩的孔密度(36个/mm2)最小.鹿沼土的吸水量最高,50mL鹿沼土的吸水量为20.61 mL;火山岩的吸水量最低,50 mL火山岩的吸水量仅为8.42 mL.释水进行至140 h时,赤玉土的释水量(21.36mL)最高,火山岩的释水量(9.86 mL)最低.将吸水及保水能力均较好的6种多孔性材料分别与泥炭按体积比1∶3混合用于'穿梭'百合鳞片扦插,'穿梭'百合鳞片在轻石与泥炭的混合基质上的扦插繁殖效果最优,百合小鳞茎发生率达81%,腐烂率为19%,繁殖率为127%,小鳞茎平均质量为0.5g、平均直径为9.77 mm.本研究筛选出了适宜百合鳞片扦插的优质基质组合,可为百合种球繁育的基质选择提供新视角.

In order to improve the efficiency of lily scale cutting and screen suitable cutting substrates,different types of porous materials and Lilium'Tresor'were used as test materials.The structural characteristics,pore size,water adsorption,and desorption properties of different materials,as well as their effects on lily scale cutting were analyzed.The results showed that all 9 tested materials exhibited significant porous structure on the surface.Volcanic rock had the largest pore size(from 157 μm to 232 μm),while planting stone had the smallest(only 2 μm to 6 μm).The pore density(per mm2)ranged from 36 to 252,with the highest for pumice(252 per mm2)and the lowest for volcanic rock(36 per mm2).Kanuma soil had the highest water absorption(20.61 mL per 50 mL),while volcanic rock had the lowest(8.42 mL per 50 mL).At 140 h of water desorption,Akadama soil released the most water(21.36 mL),and volcanic rock released the least(9.86 mL).The porous materials were respectively mixed with peat soil at a 1∶3 volume ratio and used for scale cutting of Lilium'Tresor'.The mixture of pumice and peat soil showed the best performance,with a bulblet induction rate of 81%,rotting rate of 19%,propagation rate of 127%,average bulblet weight of 0.5 g,and average bulblet diameter of 9.77 mm.This study screened out high-quality substrate combinations suitable for lily scale cutting,providing a new perspective for substrate selection in lily bulb propagation.
