不同基质配方对安徽羽叶报春生长和观赏品质的影响OA

Effects of different substrate formulations on the growth and ornamental quality of Primula merrilliana

安徽羽叶报春(Primula merrilliana)是我国特有的报春花科报春花属植物,兼具观赏价值与生态意义.为筛选出适宜安徽羽叶报春生长的栽培基质类型及其最优配比,以安徽羽叶报春实生苗为试验材料,选用松针、泥炭、腐殖土、椰糠4种有机基质,分别与珍珠岩、蛭石按不同比例复配,共得到36个栽培基质配方处理,测定了各处理的基质理化性质,系统比较了不同基质配方对安徽羽叶报春植株生长指标、生理指标及开花指标的综合影响,并结合主成分分析法,对安徽羽叶报春在不同基质配方中的栽培表现进行了综合分析.结果表明:在供试4种有机基质中,安徽羽叶报春在松针基质中栽培的综合表现最优.在A6处理(V松针∶V蛭石=2∶1)栽培条件下,安徽羽叶报春的株高、冠幅、叶宽均最大,分别为11.47、23.07、2.23 cm;叶片数、叶绿素含量及植株地上部分干质量处于较高水平;开花持续时间达105 d,花葶数量达71支,花朵总数为312朵,花朵直径为1.40 cm,综合观赏品质最佳.主成分分析结果进一步证实,安徽羽叶报春在A6处理栽培条件下的综合表现最优.研究结果可为安徽羽叶报春的低成本高效栽培提供理论指导与技术支撑.

Primula merrilliana,an endemic species in China belonging to the genus Primula(Primulaceae),possesses ornamental value and ecological significance.To screen suitable substrate types and optimal ratios for its growth,this study used seedlings of P.merrilliana as experimental materials.Four cultivation substrates(pine needles,peat,humus soil and coir)were individually mixed with perlite or vermiculite in varying proportions,resulting in a total of 36 substrate formulations.The physicochemical properties of each substrate formulation were determined,and their comprehensive effects on plant growth indices,physiological indices and flowering indices were systematically compared.Principal component analysis(PCA)was further applied to comprehensively evaluate the cultivation performance of different substrates.The results showed that among the four tested substrates,the pine needle-based substrate exhibited the best overall performance.Under substrate formulation A6(Vpine needles∶Vvermiculite=2∶1),the plants achieved maximum values in height(11.47 cm),crown width(23.07 cm)and leaf width(2.23 cm).Meanwhile,the number of leaves,chlorophyll content,and aboveground dry weight were also relatively high.Furthermore,the flowering period lasted for 105 days,with 71 scapes and a total of 312 flowers,and the flower diameter was 1.40 cm,demonstrating the best overall ornamental quality.Principal component analysis results further confirmed that plants grown in substrate formulation A6 achieved the best comprehensive performance.The findings provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the low-cost,high-efficiency cultivation of P.merrilliana.
