11个铁筷子杂交品种的花粉活力及柱头可授性研究OA

以11个铁筷子重瓣花型杂交品种为试验材料,观测并比较了供试材料的植株与花部形态特征、花粉活力及柱头可授性.结果表明:'华金眉引''华雪楚楚''华魅姹紫'的花部性状与植株性状表现优于其他品种;TTC(氯化三苯基四氮唑)染色法测得的花粉活力整体低于离体萌发法.除'优雅蜜酒'外,其他10个品种的花粉离体萌发率为81.39%~99.40%;'桃子女''华雪楚楚'的柱头可授性较强;'华金眉引''华雪楚楚''白色礼服''桃子女'的综合表型性状与繁殖特性表现优异,可作为铁筷子杂交育种的优良亲本材料.研究结果可为铁筷子高效杂交育种中的亲本选择与组合配置提供理论依据.

Eleven Helleborus×hybridus double-flowered cultivars were selected as experimental materials to investigate and compare their plant and floral morphological characteristics,pollen viability and stigma receptivity.The results showed that the floral and plant traits of'Huajin Meiyin','Huaxue Chuchu',and'Huamei Chazi'were superior to those of other cultivars.Pollen viability measured by the TTC staining method was generally lower than that determined by the in vitro germination method.Except for'Elegance Honey Wine',the pollen in vitro germination rates of the remaining ten cultivars ranged from 81.39%to 99.40%.'Peach Primadress'and'Huaxue Chuchu'exhibited strong stigma receptivity.'Huajin Meiyin','Huaxue Chuchu','White Primadress',and'Peach Primadress'showed excellent comprehensive phenotypic traits and reproductive characteristics,which can be selected as superior parental materials for cross-breeding of Helleborus.These findings provide a theoretical basis for parental selection and combination allocation in the efficient cross-breeding of Helleborus.
