中学生综合素质评价的优化改进研究OACHSSCD

Using grounded theory,the research analyzes survey data from frontline teachers to construct an optimization model for comprehensive quality evaluation of secondary school students from the teachers'perspective.The model establishes four systems for evaluation reform,namely goal system,core system,implementation system,and support system.The study further elaborates on optimizing student evaluation reforms through rational positioning of comprehensive quality evaluation,enhancing top-level design,improving the comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism,innovating diversified evaluation strategies,establishing clear evaluation implementation processes,and expanding the application of student evaluation results.
