数智时代高等教育循证评估的实践反思与优化路径OACHSSCD

In the era of digital transformation,evidence-based logic has been applied in the field of higher education assessment.Some domestic universities have formed a typical practice mode of evidence-based assessment that demonstrate preliminary evidence-driven characteristics.However,the assessment system still faces multiple practical challenges,including the proliferation of data-driven approaches,algorithmic bias,lack of legal norms,and the shackles of traditional performance culture.In order to deepen the research and practice of evidence-based assessment of higher education during the digital and intelligent era,this paper proposes a new framework comprising conceptual guidance,institutional safeguards,tool support and multi-agent cooperation.It systematically promotes the implementation path from four dimensions of value return,standard improvement,technology improvement and competency enhancement,so as to comprehensively improve the educational efficiency and practical value of higher education assessment in the digital and intelligent era.
