深入推进上海基础教育评价改革的新思路OACHSSCD

It has been five years since the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era was published.As the people's demand for a better life deepens,it is necessary to promote the in-depth reform of basic education evaluation.This paper analyzes the new challenges faced by basic education in Shanghai,points out the necessity of reforming basic education evaluation,and expounds that the reform of basic education evaluation in Shanghai needs to establish a developmental concept,carry out differentiated evaluation,and establish a scientific idea.Starting from the values of education evaluation,it explores possible ways to evaluate schools,teachers,principals,and regional education development.It points out that basic education evaluation must promote process evaluation and developmental evaluation,advance educational equity,and leverage the technical support role of artificial intelligence.
