灯泡贯流式水电站水力机械设计关键技术探讨OA
Discussion on key technologies for hydraulic machinery design of bulb tubular hydropower plants
新型电力系统下继续大力发展水电,这为中小流域的水电开发带来了机遇,灯泡贯流式水电站流道水力损失小、水轮机过流能力大、具有较高的运行效率和运行性能,有广阔的应用前景.本文结合国内外多座灯泡贯流式水电站的工程设计案例,对诸如额定水头、转轮叶片数目、水轮机主要参数、高水头比等几类关键问题进行探讨,总结了相关设计经验,如:转轮叶片数一般为3~5个、Hmax/Hr不宜超过1.80、Hmax/Hmi一般为3.0~4.0、合理的一站二机型电站可以确保机组运行平稳并提高电站效益等等.研究成果可供设计同行参考,也可供高校师生及灯泡贯流式机组制造、安装、运维单位参考.
The continuous vigorous development of hydropower under the new power system has brought opportunities for hydropower development in small and medium-sized river basins.With low hydraulic loss of flow passage,large discharge capacity of turbines,and high operational efficiency and performance,bulb tubular hydropower plants have broad application prospects.Based on several engineering design cases of bulb tubular hydropower plants at home and abroad,this paper discusses several key issues such as rated head,number of runner blades,main turbine parameters,and high-head ratio,and summarizes relevant design experiences;for instance,the number of runner blades is generally set at 3-5;Hmax/Hr shall not exceed 1.80;Hmax/Hmin is commonly between 3.0-4.0;a well-designed power plant equipped with two types of units can ensure stable operation and improve economic benefits,etc.The research results can provide references for designers,college faculty and students,as well as manufacturers,installation teams,operation & maintenance departments of bulb tubular units.
