考虑多利益主体参与的主动配电网调度优化策略OA
Consider the Active Distribution Network Dispatching Optimization Strategy With the Participation of Multiple Stakeholders
主动配电网作为解决有源配网优化运行控制的新技术受到广泛关注,从供应商侧、电网侧双视角出发,构建市场化多利益主体参与、源网荷储协同的主动配电网调度框架.基于多利益主体的出力模型,并增设基础参数不确定性变量,构建一种兼顾可调度资源用户收益、电压稳定性、配网自平衡能力的主动配电网多目标协同优化模型.为避免粒子陷入局部最优,提出一种基于位置方差变异的改进粒子群算法.通过多场景优化结果对比分析,在多时间尺度下验证了所提控制策略及优化算法在应对各工况下的有效性.
Active distribution network has been widely recognized as the active distribution network optimization operation control new technology.This paper from the supplier side,power grid side double perspective,build the market more interest participation,source-network-load-storage collaborative active distribution network dispatching framework.Based on stakeholders output model,and add basic parameter uncertainty variables,build an active distribution network target collaborative optimization model,which considers dispatchable resources user revenue,voltage stability,distribution network self-balancing capability.In order to avoid particles falling into local optimum,an improved particle swarm algorithm based on positional variance variation is proposed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy and optimization algorithm in the context of various working conditions.
