[目的]明确不同地区香葱种质资源的表型性状差异,筛选优异香葱种质.[方法]对57份四川地方香葱种质资源的14个质量性状和9个数量性状进行调查,利用遗传多样性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法对其进行综合评价.[结果]57份香葱种质资源表型性状的变异系数为0~39.78%,质量性状和数量性状分别以叶面蜡粉(39.78%)和单株重(28.54%)的变异系数最大;多样性指数H'值为0~2.098,质量性状和数量性状分别以假茎基部膨胀度(1.050)和单株叶数(2.098)的多样性指数最大.相关性分析结果表明,单株重与株高、株幅、单株叶数等7个性状呈极显著正相关,与叶节紧密度、分蘖数、假茎基部形状呈显著或极显著负相关.通过主成分分析从21个具有变异的表型性状中提取出7个主成分,累计贡献率为72.661%,主要表征了香葱产量、株型结构及叶片外观形态等关键性状.根据主成分分析结果构建综合评价体系,各种质资源的综合得分介于-0.613~0.746.聚类分析将香葱种质资源划分为5个类群,综合得分较高的种质资源主要分布于类群Ⅰ、类群Ⅱ和类群Ⅲ中.[结论]57份香葱种质资源中XC004(0.746)综合表现最优,其次为XC044(0.631)和XC036(0.518),XC054(-0.613)综合表现最差.研究结果为香葱种质资源的高效利用与新品种选育提供了理论依据.

[Objective]This study aimed to identify phenotypic trait differences among chive germplasm resources from different regions and to screen superior germplasms.[Method]Fourteen qualitative traits and 9 quantitative traits of the 57 local chive germplasm resources from Sichuan were investigated,and comprehensive evaluation was conducted by genetic diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis.[Result]The coefficient of variation(CV)for phenotypic traits of the 57 chive germplasm resources ranged from 0 to 39.78%.Among qualitative traits,leaf wax had the highest CV(39.78%);among quantitative traits,plant weight had the highest CV(28.54%).The diversity index(H')ranged from 0 to 2.098.Among qualitative traits,pseudostem bulge showed the highest H'(1.050);among quantitative traits,number of leaves per plant showed the highest H'(2.098).Correlation analysis revealed that plant weight showed an extremely significant positive correlation with 7 phenotypic traits including plant height,plant breadth,and number of leaves per plant,while it showed a signifi-cantly or extremely significant negative correlation with node density,tillering number,and pseudostem shape.Seven principal components were extracted from the 21 variable phenotypic traits via principal com-ponent analysis(PCA),with a cumulative contribution rate of 72.661%.These components mainly repre-sented key traits including yield,plant architecture,and leaf morphology.Based on the results of PCA,a comprehensive evaluation system was constructed,and the comprehensive scores of the germplasm re-sources ranged from-0.613 to 0.746.The chive germplasm resources were divided into 5 groups by clus-ter analysis,and the germplasm resources with higher comprehensive scores were mainly distributed in group I,group Ⅱ,and group Ⅲ.[Conclusion]Among the 57 chive germplasm resources,XC004(0.746)exhibited the best comprehensive performance,followed by XC044(0.631)and XC036(0.518),while XC054(-0.613)showed the worst.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the effi-cient utilization of chive germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties.
