四川白芹品种主要农艺性状与产量的相关性与通径分析OA
Correlation and Path Analysis of Major Agronomic Traits and Yield in Sichuan White Celery(Apium graveolens L.)Varieties
[目的]系统评价四川白芹地方品种农艺性状与品质特性遗传多样性,明确影响单株产量的关键性状,为优异种质资源的保存、筛选及遗传改良提供依据.[方法]以13个四川白芹地方品种为试验材料,测定了16项农艺与品质性状,采用方差分析、变异系数、相关性分析、逐步回归、通径分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等多元统计方法,综合评价各性状的遗传变异特征及其对单株产量的贡献.[结果]16个性状在种质资源间均存在显著差异,变异系数为12.69%~40.65%.其中,叶柄重、小叶重、单株产量、Vc含量、株高、单株叶片数、根头粗和茎基部粗等8个性状的变异系数均大于20%,显示出丰富的遗传变异和较大的选择潜力.相关性分析表明,单株质量与株高、第一节叶柄长、第二节叶柄长、小叶长、小叶重、叶柄重和基部茎粗均呈显著正相关.逐步回归分析筛选出小叶重、叶柄重和第一节叶柄长为产量关键影响因子,标准化系数显示小叶重对产量贡献最大(β9=0.611).通径分析进一步表明,小叶重和叶柄重对单株产量具有最大的直接正向效应,其直接通径系数分别为0.611和0.360,而第一节叶柄长主要通过间接效应影响产量.主成分分析提取出4个主成分,累计方差贡献率达83.833%,涵盖了全部16个农艺性状.聚类分析在欧氏距离为5时,将供试材料划分为高产、中产和低产三大类群.[结论]小叶重和叶柄重是决定四川白芹单株产量的核心性状,具有重要育种价值,可作为高产育种的优先选择指标.研究明确了关键产量构成因子及其遗传变异特征,为四川白芹的高产优质育种与种质资源高效利用提供理论依据.
[Objective]To systematically evaluate the genetic diversity of agronomic traits and quality characteristics in Sichuan white celery landraces,identify key traits influencing yield per plant,and pro-vide a basis for the conservation,selection,and genetic improvement of superior germplasm resources.[Method]Thirteen local varieties of Sichuan white celery were used as experimental materials,and six-teen agronomic and quality traits were measured.Multivariate statistical methods including analysis of variance(ANOVA),coefficient of variation(CV),correlation analysis,stepwise regression,path analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),and cluster analysis were employed to comprehensively evaluate the genetic variation characteristics of each trait and their contribution to yield per plant.[Result]Sig-nificant differences existed among germplasm resources for all 16 traits,with coefficients of variation ranging from 12.69%to 40.65%.Eight traits,including petiole weight,small leaf weight,yield per plant,vitamin C content,plant height,leaf number per plant,root head diameter,and basal stem diam-eter,exhibited coefficients of variation exceeding 20%,indicating rich genetic variation and substantial selection potential.Correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between yield per plant and plant height,first inter-segment length,second inter-segment length,small leaf length,small leaf weight,petiole weight,and basal stem diameter.Stepwise regression analysis identified small leaf weight,petiole weight,and first inter-segment length as key yield-influencing factors,and the stan-dardized coefficients indicate that leaflet weight contributes most significantly to yield(β9=0.611).Path analysis further revealed that leaflet weight and petiole weight exerted the strongest direct positive effects on plant yield,with direct path coefficients of 0.610 and 0.360,respectively,while first inter-segment length primarily influenced yield through indirect effects.Principal component analysis extracted four principal components,cumulatively explaining 83.833%of the variance and covering all 16 agronomic traits.Cluster analysis at a Euclidean distance of 5 divided the test materials into three major groups:high-yield,medium-yield,and low-yield.[Conclusion]Small leaf weight and petiole weight are core traits determining individual plant yield in Sichuan white celery,possessing significant breeding value and serving as priority selection criteria for high-yield breeding.This study clarifies key yield compo-nents and their genetic variation characteristics,providing a theoretical basis for high-yield,high-quality breeding and efficient utilization of germplasm resources in Sichuan white celery.
