基于Cadna/A噪声预测的某拟建养老院选址合理性研究OA
A Study on the Site Selection Rationality of a Proposed Nursing Home Based on Cadna/A Noise Prediction
在我国老龄化加剧、养老服务体系转型且部分养老设施选址声环境欠佳的背景下,以某拟建养老院为例评估其选址声环境合理性.根据设计资料与现场调查情况建立Cadna/A噪声预测模型并输入源强信息进行预测分析,利用噪声现状监测结果验证模型.结果表明,受既有达成铁路及在建成达万铁路的噪声叠加影响,拟建养老院昼间与夜间噪声水平均超出《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096-2008)中2类声环境功能区的限值要求,尤其是1号楼与3号楼的部分楼层,噪声超标现象显著.此外,即使采取声屏障工程降噪措施,仍难以满足《声环境质量标准》2类区限值要求,建议重新遴选距铁路337 m以外的合规区域,以保障养老院的声环境质量.本研究可为类似场景噪声敏感建筑物的选址提供参考.
Under the background of China's aging,the transformation of the elderly care service system and the poor acoustic environment of some elderly care facilities,a proposed nursing home was taken as an example in this study to evaluate the rationality of the acoustic environment of its location.According to the design data and field investigation,a Cadna/A noise prediction model was established and the source intensity information was input for prediction and analysis.The model was verified by the noise status monitoring results.The results showed that due to the superposition effect of noise from the existing Dazhou-Chengdu Railway and the Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou Railway under construction,the daytime and nighttime noise levels of the proposed nursing home exceeded the limit requirements for functional areas in the type Ⅱ acoustic environment in the Environmental Quality Standard for Noise,especially in some floors of Building 1 and Building 3,and the phenomenon of noise exceeding the standard was prominent.In addition,even if the noise reduction measures such as sound barriers are taken,it is still difficult to meet the limit requirements for class 2 zone in the Environmental Quality Standard for Noise(GB 3096-2008).It is suggested to re-select the compliant area 337 meters away from the railway to ensure the sound environment quality of nursing homes.This study can provide reference for the site selection of noise-sensitive buildings in similar scenes.
