高关灌区现代化改造对大富水斑鳜保护区水文及栖息地的影响OA
Impact of Modernization Renovation of Gaoguan Reservoir on Hydrology and Habitat of National Aquatic Genetic Resources Reserve of Siniperca Chuatsi in Dadushui River
为明确高关灌区续建配套与现代化改造工程后,水库灌溉取水量增加对下游大富水斑鳜国家级水产种质资源保护区的影响,基于DEM数据与MIKE11模型,预测坝下径流量、水位及水温的时空变化,重点分析生态基流保障程度与斑鳜适宜生境条件.结果表明:工程运行后平水年坝址断面径流量降幅最大(44.24%),但全河段均满足0.3 m3/s生态基流要求,保护区上边界断面可达到2.34 m3/s最小生态需水量;坝下水位变幅0.08%~0.95%,对物理栖息地影响有限;设计洪水位和正常蓄水位情景下,田店泵站断面仅4-5月、9月存在小幅水温偏差,枯水期水温可完全恢复天然水平,各情景均满足斑鳜繁殖水温需求.研究认为工程生态影响整体可控,优先采用浅表层取水调度可进一步保障保护区生态安全,为灌区改造与流域生态保护协同发展提供科学依据.
To identify the impact of increased irrigation water withdrawal from Gaoguan Reservoir on the downstream National Aquatic Genetic Resources Reserve of Siniperca Chuatsi in Dadushui River after the supplementary construction and modernization renovation of Gaoguan Reservoir,the temporal and spatial variations of runoff,water level and water temperature downstream of the dam were predicted in this study based on DEM data and MIKE11 model,focusing on analysis of the ecological base flow protection and suitable habitat conditions for the Siniperca chuatsi.The results showed that after the operation of the project,the sectional runoff at the dam site decreased most significantly in the normal flow year(44.24%),but all river sections met the requirement of ecological base flow of 0.3 m3/s,and the section at the upper boundary of the reserve could reach the minimum ecological water demand standard of 2.34 m3/s.The variation range of water level downstream of the dam was 0.08%-0.95%,with limited impact on physical habitats.Under the scenarios of designed flood level and normal flow level,slight water temperature deviations were only observed at Tiandian Pump Station section in April,May and September,while the water temperature could be fully restored to the natural level in the dry season.All scenarios met the spawning temperature requirements for the Siniperca chuatsi.The study concludes that the overall ecological impact of the project is controllable.Adopting priority scheduling of shallow/surface-layer water withdrawal can further ensure the ecological security of the reserve,offering a scientific foundation for upgrading the irrigation system and coordinated development of basin-scale ecological conservation.
