基于红外温度场的高速公路隧道火灾检测与消防炮灭火OA
Fire Detection and Fire Cannon Extinguishing Based on Infrared Temperature Field in Highway Tunnels
火灾检测是避免火灾发生的关键.针对传统火灾探测方法应用在高速隧道中存在火情识别率低、无法对火源位置进行精准定位等问题,提出一种基于红外热成像的消防炮集成式火灾检测与灭火方法:将非制冷型红外阵列传感器与 AT32F435 微控制器集成于消防炮装置,通过对火场红外图像的层级处理提取温度场分布图像,并根据温度跃升速率特性与空间传播特性实现早期火灾识别;结合温度场的计算与识别检测确认火情发生点,并输出火情坐标进而控制消防炮运动,使消防炮能够精确指向着火点进行灭火.该方案为隧道灭火提供另一种方式,为隧道消防炮的智能网联提供了参考.
Fire detection is the key to avoiding fire occurrence.To address the problems of low fire identification rate and inability to accurately locate the fire source when traditional fire detection methods are applied in highway tunnels,a fire cannon-integrated fire detection and extinguishing method based on infrared thermal imaging was proposed:An uncooled infrared array sensor and an AT32F435 microcontrol-ler were integrated into the fire cannon device.By layered processing of the infrared images of the fire scene,the temperature field distribution images were extracted,and early fire identification was achieved according to the characteristics of temperature jump rate and spatial propagation;combined with the calcu-lation and identification detection of the temperature field,the fire occurrence point was confirmed,and the fire coordinates were output to control the movement of the fire cannon,so as to enable the fire cannon to accurately point at the ignition point for fire extinguishing.This scheme provides an alternative way for tun-nel fire extinguishing and provides a reference for the intelligent networking of tunnel fire cannons.
