智赋编程:生成式人工智能对编程教育的多维影响与应对OA
GenAI-Empowered Programming:Multidimensional Impacts and Countermeasures of Generative Artificial Intelligence on Programming Education
生成式人工智能(GenAI)技术正在多维度影响编程教育,可提供个性化学习辅助增强学生参与度与动机,能满足自主性与胜任感需求、提高教学效率等,但存在降低学生批判性思维、引发学术诚信争议、教师角色适应困难等问题.为此,提出教学改革策略来重塑教学目标,以培养学生的GenAI协同能力、批判性思维与创新问题解决能力.首先,构建"师—生—机(GenAI)"三元互动模型倡导"人机共塑",教师塑造GenAI教育价值,学生与GenAI"协同共创",教师专注育人与情感支持;其次,以项目驱动式学习为核心,采用"需求分析—GenAI生成—人工优化"工作流,构建三层能力矩阵教学内容;最后,创新评价体系实行分层评估,侧重高阶思维与价值塑造.实践表明,所提方法为GenAI时代编程教育提供了范式参考,为培养综合型人才提供了新方法.
Generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)technology is influencing programming education in multiple dimensions,providing per-sonalized learning assistance to enhance student engagement and motivation,meeting the needs for autonomy and competence,and improving teaching efficiency.However,there are issues such as reducing students'critical thinking,sparking academic credibility controversies,and difficulties in adapting to teacher roles.Therefore,teaching reform strategies are proposed to reshape teaching objectives,in order to cultivate students'GenAI collaborative ability,critical thinking,and innovative problem-solving skills.Firstly,the construction of the"Teacher Stu-dent Machine(GenAI)"tripartite interaction model advocates for"human-machine co shaping",where teachers shape the educational value of GenAI,students collaborate with GenAI,and teachers focus on nurturing students and providing emotional support;Secondly,with proj-ect-based learning as the core,a three-tier competency matrix teaching content is constructed using a workflow of"requirement analysis Ge-nAI generation manual optimization";Finally,the innovation evaluation system implements hierarchical evaluation,focusing on higher-order thinking and value shaping.Practice has shown that the proposed method provides a paradigm reference for programming education in the Ge-nAI era and a new approach for cultivating comprehensive talents.
