面向特色化软件人才的"三链融合"育人体系创新与实践OA

In response to the common problems in the process of cultivating specialized software talents,such as insufficient characteristics in the teaching content field,lagging industry adaptation in the teaching process,and weak collaborative education and win-win mechanisms,a"three chain integration"specialized software talent education system is proposed.Firstly,establish a domain oriented curriculum system and form a foundation for deep integration between schools and enterprises in education;Secondly,establish a practical system of three chain inter-locking,and form an adaptive model for capacity cultivation and industry demand;Once again,design an agile teaching process to form an ed-ucational path that adapts to the rapid development of the software industry;Finally,by establishing a"four pronged drive"value win-win mechanism,a collaborative education ecosystem between industry and school can be formed.Practice has shown that whether it is to enhance students'innovation ability during their on campus learning period or to continuously demonstrate their innovation ability after graduation,this teaching method has achieved the training goal of"software+industry"characteristic composite talents,providing a new approach for software talent cultivation.
