探究贮藏前食物和贮藏时间对双带盘瓢虫成虫适合度的影响,为双带盘瓢虫成虫贮藏技术开发提供理论参考.通过室内控制试验,分析不同贮藏前食物(蚜虫、人工饲料)对双带盘瓢虫成虫在 7、10、13、16 和 25℃不同贮藏时间的存活率,以及贮藏前饲喂人工饲料贮藏 35 和 42 d 的产卵能力.结果显示:随着贮藏时间增加,所有处理的成虫存活率均呈下降趋势;在所有试验温度下,双带盘瓢虫成虫贮藏前饲喂人工饲料的存活率均大于取食豆蚜和对照(羽化后立即贮藏),贮藏前饲喂人工饲料的双带盘瓢虫在 13℃贮藏 42 d 的存活率达 73.05%,是所有贮藏条件下存活率最高的;双带盘瓢虫成虫贮藏 35 d 的产卵前期为 6.31 d,与对照无显著差异,但显著短于贮藏 42 d(p<0.05);双带盘瓢虫成虫在 13℃贮藏 35 和 42 d 后正常饲养 30 d 内的总产卵量分别为 5 820.67 和 5 635.67 粒,显著低于对照(未贮藏)的8 209.67 粒(p<0.05);通过 13℃低温储藏后,2 个贮藏期的双带盘瓢虫成虫正常饲养 30 d 的存活率低于对照.综上,双带盘瓢虫成虫贮藏前饲喂人工饲料可提高存活率和延长贮藏时间,长时间低温贮藏会降低双带盘瓢虫产卵能力.

This study aimed to explore the effects of pre-storage food and storage duration on the fitness of Coelophora bi-plagiata adults to provide a theoretical reference for the development of storage technology for C.biplagiata adults.Through indoor controlled experiments,the survival rates of C.biplagiata adults stored at various temperatures(7℃,10℃,13℃,16℃,and 25℃)for different durations were analyzed under various pre-storage food(aphids and artificial diet).In addition,the oviposition capacity of adults fed an artificial diet before storage for 35 days and 42 days was determined.The results showed that the survival rate of adults in all treatments showed a decreasing trend with increasing storage duration;at all experimental temperatures,the survival rate of C.biplagiata adults fed an artificial diet before storage was higher than that of adults fed with cowpea aphids and the control group(stored immediately after eclosion).The survival rate of C.biplagiata fed with an artificial diet before storage and stored at 13℃for 42 days reached 73.05%,which was the highest survival rate under all storage conditions.The preoviposition period of C.biplagiata adults stored for 35 days was 6.31 days,which was not signifi-cantly different from that of the control group but was significantly shorter than that of adults stored for 42 days(p<0.05).The total oviposition amounts of C.biplagiata adults stored at 13℃for 35 and 42 days and then reared normally for 30 days were 5 820.67 and 5 635.67 eggs,respectively,which were significantly lower than that of the control group(unstored)(8 209.67 eggs)(p<0.05).After low-temperature storage at 13℃,the survival rates of C.biplagiata adults in the two storage periods reared normally for 30 days were lower than those of the control group.In summary,feeding C.biplagiata adults an artificial diet before storage can improve their survival rate and extend the storage duration,while long-term low-temperature storage can reduce the oviposition capacity of C.biplagiata adults.
