油棕耐寒性关键评价指标筛选与体系构建OA
Screening of Key Evaluation Indicators and Construction of a Cold Tolerance System for Oil Palm
选用 18 份油棕种质资源,依据其在田间自然低温条件下的寒害表现,初步划分为强耐寒型(DA)、中耐寒型(BA、BE、CN、DN、DG、TE)和弱耐寒型(OG、DP)三类.以此为基础,选取各类代表性材料开展 8℃人工低温胁迫试验,测定幼苗叶片相对电导率(REC),丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,共 7 项生理指标.通过主成分分析、隶属函数法、相关性分析及逐步回归等方法,对油棕种质耐寒性进行综合评价与关键评价指标筛选.结果显示:主成分分析将 7 项指标降维整合为 3 个相互独立的综合指标;逐步回归进一步筛选出相对电导率、可溶性糖、丙二醛和过氧化氢酶活性 4项核心指标,可作为油棕耐寒性快速鉴定的关键生理参数.耐寒性综合评估结果与田间寒害表型高度吻合,其中 DA表现为最强耐寒种质,DP 为最弱耐寒种质.本研究初步建立了基于关键生理指标的油棕耐寒性评价体系,为油棕耐寒种质资源的系统筛选与科学鉴定提供可靠方法依据.
This study selected 18 oil palm germplasm resources and initially classified them into three types based on their cold damage performance under natural low-temperature conditions in the field:strong cold-tolerant type(DA),medium cold-tolerant type(BA,BE,CN,DN,DG,TE),and weak cold-tolerant type(OG,DP).On this basis,representative materials from each category were subjected to an artificial low-temperature stress experiment at 8℃,and seven physiological indica-tors of seedling leaves were measured,including relative electrical conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA)content,soluble sugar(SS)content,soluble protein(SP)content,and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT).Multiple statistical methods,including principal component analysis,the membership function method,correlation analysis,and stepwise regression,were employed to comprehensively evaluate the cold tolerance of the germplasm and screen for key indicators.The results showed that principal component analysis integrated the seven individual indicators into three mutually independent comprehensive indicators.Stepwise regression further identified four core indicators—relative electrical conductivity,soluble sugar,malondialdehyde,and catalase activity—which can serve as key physiological parame-ters for the rapid identification of oil palm cold tolerance.The comprehensive cold tolerance evaluation results were highly consistent with field cold damage phenotypes,with DA exhibiting the strongest cold tolerance and DP exhibiting the weakest.This study preliminarily established a cold tolerance evaluation system for oil palm based on key physiological indicators,providing a reliable methodological foundation for the systematic screening and scientific identification of cold-tolerant oil palm germplasm resources.
