七个咖啡品系F1代无性系田间抗锈病性评价OA
Evaluation of Field Resistance to Rust in F1 Progeny Asexual Clones of Seven Coffee Varieties
为筛选适宜在普洱地区种植的抗锈病小粒种咖啡品种,采用田间自然感病鉴定的方法,于 2023 年 10 月至 2024年 1 月,在咖啡锈病发病盛期,以主栽品种 T8667 为对照,分别调查 GPFA107、GPFA117、GPFA118、GPFA120、GPFA 121、CCCA 10×25、CCCA 12×25 七个品系在普洱思茅区、宁洱县、孟连县、江城县 4 个试验点的锈病发病率和病情指数.结果显示,不同试验点各品系锈病发病率和病情指数存在显著差异,康平、南岛河和宁洱试验点锈病发病率和病情指数较高,勐马试验点各品系锈病发病率和病情指数较低;同一试验点不同品系之间发病率和病情指数存在显著差异,CCCA 10×25、CCCA 12×25、T8667 除在勐马试验点外,在其他试验点都表现出严重的锈病感染;品系 GPFA117、GPFA118 和 GPFA120 在各个试验点的锈病感染情况都较低.因此可以认为,品系 GPFA117、GPFA118 和 GPFA120 适宜在普洱区域种植.研究结果可为云南咖啡抗锈病新品种的适应性种植提供参考.
To screen for rust-resistant Coffea arabica varieties suitable for planting in the Pu'er region,a field natural infection assessment was conducted.During the peak incidence period of coffee leaf rust,from October 2023 to January 2024,the dominant variety T8667 was used as the control,and the disease incidence and disease index of seven lines(GPFA107,GPFA117,GPFA118,GPFA120,GPFA121,CCCA 10×25,CCCA 12×25)were investigated at four experimental sites in Pu'er:Simao District,Ning'er County,Menglian County,and Jiangcheng County.The results showed significant differences in both disease incidence and disease index among different sites and lines.The disease incidence and disease index were higher at the Kangping,Nandaohe,and Ning'er sites,while lower at the Mengma site.At the same site,significant differences were also observed among different lines.Except at the Mengma site,lines CCCA 10×25,CCCA 12×25,and T8667 exhibited severe rust infection at all other sites.Lines GPFA117,GPFA118,and GPFA120 showed low infection levels at all sites.Therefore,it is considered that lines GPFA117,GPFA118,and GPFA120 are considered suitable for planting in the Pu'er region.These results can provide a reference for the adaptive planting of new rust-resistant coffee varieties in Yunnan.
