不同方式处理八角茴香种子对其萌发特性的影响OA
Effects of Different Seed Treatment Methods on the Germination Characteristics of Illicium verum Seeds
为了解八角茴香种子的萌发特性,探讨不同储存方式、不同时间低温处理、不同激素浓度处理对八角茴香种子萌发的影响,以八角茴香种子为材料,测定其吸水特性,设置 3 种方式储存(常温储存、湿沙储存、低温储存)、3种外源激素(IAA、GA3、NAA)及 4 种浓度(500、1 000、1 500、2 000 mg/L)处理后湿沙储存、不同时间低温处理后湿沙储存,研究其不同储存方式、不同激素浓度处理、不同时间低温处理条件下种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数的影响.结果表明:八角茴香种子浸泡 48 h,吸水率仅为 30.05%,种皮透性较差,表现出显著的种子休眠特性.湿沙储存方法在综合性能方面表现优异,其发芽率可达 65%,而常温储存仅为 7.33%,低温储存为 28.33%.所有经过激素处理的种子组在发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数方面均显著高于对照组(CK),其中,赤霉素的促进效果最为显著,500 mg/L赤霉素处理组在发芽率(77.17%)、发芽势(41.84%)和发芽指数(4.30)上均显著优于其他处理组及对照组.冷藏处理 10~15 d 能够显著提高萌发效率.由此说明,八角茴香种子的吸水能力较弱,种皮的透水性较差,表现出显著的种子休眠特性.采收后的种子不适宜进行长期的常温或低温储存,而在湿沙储存条件下,种子活力得到了较好的保持.在低温处理 15 d、500 mg/L 赤霉素浸种以及湿沙储存的条件下,八角茴香种子的萌发效果最佳.
To understand the germination characteristics of Illicium verum seeds,the effects of different storage methods,low-temperature treatment durations,and exogenous hormone concentrations on germination were explored of I.verum seeds and provide a scientific basis for standardized seedling propagation technology for the treatment of this species.Taking I.verum seeds as materials,their water absorption characteristics were determined.Three storage methods(ambi-ent-temperature storage,moist-sand storage,and low-temperature storage),three exogenous hormones(IAA,GA3,and NAA)with four concentrations(500,1 000,1 500,and 2 000 mg·L-1),followed by moist-sand storage,and different low-temperature treatment durations followed by moist-sand storage were set up to study the effects of different storage methods,different hormone concentrations,and different low-temperature treatment durations on seed germination poten-tial,germination rate,and germination index.Results show that,after soaking I.verum seeds for 48 hours,the water ab-sorption rate was only 30.05%,and the seed coat permeability was poor,showing significant seed dormancy characteristics.The moist-sand storage method performed excellently in comprehensive performance,with a germination rate of 65%,while the ambient-temperature storage was only 7.33%,and the low-temperature storage was 28.33%.All hormone-treated seed groups had a significantly higher germination rate,germination potential,and germination index than the control group(CK),among which gibberellin(GA3)had the most significant promoting effect.The 500 mg·L-1 gibberellin treat-ment group was significantly superior to the other treatment groups and the control group in germination rate(77.17%),germination potential(41.84%),and germination index(4.30).Cold storage treatment for 10-15 days could significantly improve germination efficiency.I.verum seeds have weak water absorption capacity and poor seed coat permeability,showing significant seed dormancy characteristics.After harvest,seeds are not suitable for long-term ambient-temperature or low-temperature storage,while under moist-sand storage conditions,seed viability is well maintained.The germination effect of I.verum seeds is the best under the conditions of 15-day low-temperature treatment,500 mg·L-1 gibberellin seed soaking,and moist sand storage.
