为探讨外源 6-BA 和不同 N-P-K 配比肥料对秋石斛开花特性的影响,分别采用不同浓度 6-BA(50~300 mg/L,300~50 mg/L 梯度递减)和肥料配比对秋石斛品种乐妹唇进行处理,记录开花时间,并测量植株和花朵相关的农艺学性状.结果表明,6-BA 在 50~200 mg/L 及梯度处理使始花期显著提前(100 mg/L 时提前 12 d),增加花苞数(100 mg/L时增加 15.25 个)、花梗长度和粗度,但高浓度(>250 mg/L)会延迟开花并减小花朵尺寸.肥料处理使始花期提前4 d,增加花苞数(2.92 个)和花梗长、粗,但对植株长势影响较小.综合分析表明,6-BA 处理(100~150 mg/L)对花期调控和开花性状改善效果更显著,而肥料处理可作为辅助手段.研究为秋石斛花期调控和栽培管理提供了科学依据.

This study investigated the effects of exogenous 6-BA and different N-P-K ratios of fertilizers on the flowering characteristics of Dendrobium hybridum(autumn dendrobium).By applying different concentrations of 6-BA(50-300 mg·L-1,300-50 mg·L-1 gradient decreasing)and fertilizer treatments to the autumn dendrobium variety'Le Mei Chun',flowering time was recorded,and agronomic traits related to plants and flowers were measured.The results showed that 6-BA treatment sig-nificantly advanced the flowering period(12 days earlier at 100 mg·L-1),and increased the number of flower buds(15.25 at 100 mg·L-1),flower stem length,and diameter within the range of 50-200 mg/L and gradient treatment.However,high con-centrations(>250 mg·L-1)delayed flowering and reduced flower size.Fertilizer treatment advanced the flowering period by four days,and increased the number of flower buds(2.92)and stem characteristics,but had little effect on plant growth.Com-prehensive analysis shows that the 6-BA treatment(100-150 mg·L-1)has a more significant effect on regulating the flowering period and improving flowering traits,while fertilizer treatment can be used as an auxiliary means.This study provides a sci-entific basis for the regulation of the flowering period and cultivation management of D.hybridum in autumn.
