本研究以岳池县香樟幼苗为对象,通过设置正常供水、中度干旱(50%~55%田间持水量)、重度干旱(30%~35%田间持水量)及结合丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)接种的试验处理,探究了不同干旱程度对香樟幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,干旱胁迫显著抑制了香樟幼苗的苗高、地茎、总叶面积及生物量积累,且抑制程度随干旱强度加剧而增强.AMF接种有效缓解了干旱的负面影响,提高了幼苗的总生物量及光合能力,重度干旱条件下,AMF接种使幼苗总生物量提高32.6%,光合能力显著恢复.本研究揭示了香樟幼苗的耐旱规律及AMF的抗旱促进作用,为提升香樟在干旱地区的栽培成活率提供了科学依据.

This study investigated the effects of drought severity on Camphor tree seedling growth u-sing seedlings from Yuechi County.Experimental treatments included normal water supply,moderate drought(50%-55%field water retention),severe drought(30%-35%field water retention),and AMF inoculation.Results demonstrated that drought stress significantly inhibited seedling height,rhizome develop-ment,total leaf area,and biomass accumulation,with the inhibitory effect increasing as drought intensity in-tensified.AMF inoculation effectively mitigated drought-induced stress,enhancing total biomass and photo-synthetic capacity.Under severe drought conditions,AMF inoculation increased total biomass by 32.6%and significantly restored photosynthetic capacity.The study elucidated the drought tolerance mechanisms of Camphor seedlings and the drought-promoting role of AMF,providing scientific evidence for improving cul-tivation survival rates in arid regions.
