为了降低卧式碾米机加工稻谷中的破损率,本文基于离散元数值仿真的方式,构建一种双层型黏结颗粒模型.设计3因素9水平的正交试验,极差数据显示对破碎影响最大的因素是碾筋高度,确定最优化参数为米刀高度为5 mm,碾筋倾角为4 °,碾筋数量为2个.该参数组合可有效减低破碎率,为卧式碾米机碾米室结构优化提供理论依据.

To reduce the breakage rate of rice during processing in horizontal rice mills,this study es-tablishes a double-layer bonded particle model based on discrete element method(DEM)numerical simulation.A three-factor,nine-level orthogonal experiment was designed.Range analysis identifies the height of milling tendons as the most influential factor on breakage.The optimal structural parameters were determined as follows:a resistance piece height of 5 mm,a milling tendon inclination angle of 4°,and two milling tendons.This parameter combination effectively mitigates the breakage rate,pro-viding a theoretical basis for structural optimization of the milling chamber in horizontal rice mills.
