New quality productive forces are reshaping rural development logic with unprecedented depth.Theoretically,they build upon and advance Marx's theory of productive forces.Historically,they represent a pivotal innovation in the Party's agricultural modernization efforts.Practically,they fulfill the intrinsic demand for high-quality rural revitalization.However,challenges persist in empowe-ring rural revitalization,including inadequate infrastructure,talent shortages,and fragile industrial chains.To address these,it is essential to enhance infrastructure,cultivate specialized talent,deepen industrial revitalization,and establish a multi-tiered,comprehensive support system for rural revital-ization,thereby advancing agricultural modernization to higher levels.
