In view of the re-inspection and repackaging issues arising subsequent to the piece picking process at logistics distribution centers,an efficient re-inspection and repackaging solution was proposed to optimize packaging efficiency,reduce packaging material waste,and improve the overall operational efficiency of distribution centers.Experimental results demonstrate that this solution outperforms conventional methods in terms of packaging efficiency and material utilization,thereby furnishing a novel approach for packaging optimization in complex logistics distribution centers.The design and implementation of the re-inspection and repackaging system encompass modules for packaging box configuration,material/product(SKU)attribute configuration,package weighing,sorting information processing,and re-inspection and repackaging.
