为全面掌握江苏省干旱事件的多变量分布特征,本文基于游程理论和标准化降水指数提取了 1961-2023年江苏省67个气象站的干旱事件,揭示了干旱事件特征变量的时空变化规律;利用最优Copula函数构建了二维干旱特征变量的联合分布,计算了两个条件下的3种干旱联合重现期.结果表明:淮北大部地区、江淮之间东部以及沿江和苏南东部地区干旱事件发生频率较高,而江淮之间西部和苏南西部地区则相对较少;全省平均干旱烈度和干旱历时的空间分布特征相似,二者在减弱趋势中时有极值同步出现;各站的干旱历时和干旱烈度呈显著相关性,均服从广义极值分布,最优联合分布函数主要为Gumbel-Copula函数和Frank-Copula函数;在两个烈度等级下的联合重现期空间分布存在一定差异,但淮北东部、江淮之间和苏南西部地区始终呈现较低重现期特征,表明该地区虽然干旱事件偏少,但高烈度干旱风险仍然较高,需要加强监测预警.

To comprehensively characterize the multivariate distribution of drought events in Jiangsu Province,this study employed the run theory and the standardized precipitation index to extract drought events from 1961 to 2023 across 67 meteorological stations.The spatiotemporal variations of drought characteristics were investigated,and the optimal Copula functions were selected to construct bivariate joint distributions for drought variables.Three joint return periods under two conditions were calculated.Results indicate that drought events occurred more frequently in most areas of Huaibei,eastern Jianghuai,and parts of southern Jiangsu along the Yangtze River,while fewer events were observed in western Jianghuai and southwestern Jiangsu.The spatial distributions of mean drought severity and duration exhibit similar patterns,with synchronized extreme values appearing during decreasing trends.Statistical analysis revealed that drought duration and severity are significantly correlated at all stations,both following the generalized extreme value distribution.The optimal joint distributions are predominantly characterized by Gumbel-Copula and Frank-Copula functions.Although spatial differences exist in joint return periods under two severity levels,the eastern Huaibei,Jianghuai,and southwestern Jiangsu regions consistently show lower return periods.This suggests that despite fewer drought events,these areas face higher risks of high-severity droughts,necessitating enhanced monitoring and preparedness.
