船舶总装建造数据治理模型构建方案OA

数据治理在船舶行业数字化转型火热发展的当下,成为提升船舶总装建造质量和效率的重要突破点.该文重点探讨处理数据的一些传统方法在协同机制、目标导向、技术拓展性等诸多方面的局限性,提出针对船舶的总装建造环节所特有的数据治理模型架构.该模型在总体架构上主要包含数据资源、数据资产管理和加工与存储数据模块,各模块相互配合协作,能够实现把收集的原始数据标准化、可视化管理,为高质量发展船舶行业提供数据治理理论支持.

At a time when the digital transformation of the shipbuilding industry is booming,data governance has become an important breakthrough point in improving the quality and efficiency of ship assembly and construction.This paper focuses on discussing the limitations of some traditional methods of processing data in terms of collaboration mechanisms,goal orientation,and technical expansibility.A unique data governance model architecture for the final assembly and construction process of ships is proposed.In terms of the overall architecture,this model mainly includes data resource,data asset management,and processing and storage data modules.Each module cooperates with each other to realize the collection of raw data,so as to standardize and visualize management,providing theoretical support for data governance for the high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry.
