公路桥梁承台深基坑施工方法分析OA
该文以 G104 国道杭州河庄至衙前段 EPC-04 标段承台深基坑施工为研究对象,分析基坑支护结构设计、深基坑降水及变形监测的关键技术.针对高地下水位、软土及"一侧靠陆、一侧临水"的不平衡荷载,提出钢板桩与组合钢管桩相结合的支护体系,配合分区井点降水与回灌措施,实现基坑稳定与施工安全.施工监测结果显示,河侧与陆侧支护桩水平位移最大 25.8 mm,地表沉降最大 4.2 mm,支撑轴力波动控制在±8%以内,均在规范允许范围内.
This study investigates the deep foundation pit construction of the EPC-04 section at the Hangzhou Hezhuang-Yaqian section of National Highway G104,analyzing critical technologies for foundation pit support design,dewatering,and deformation monitoring.Addressing challenges including high groundwater levels,soft soil conditions,and the"One side is close to land,while the other side faces the water"imbalance,the research proposes a hybrid steel sheet pile and composite steel pipe pile support system.Combined with zoned well-point dewatering and reinjection measures,this approach ensures foundation pit stability and construction safety.The construction monitoring results indicate maximum horizontal displacement of 25.8 mm for both river-side and land-side support piles,maximum surface settlement of 4.2 mm,and axial force fluctuations within±8%-all within regulatory limits.
