火电厂灰斗积灰物性参数(安息角、水分)对颗粒流动性的影响机制及实验验证OA
该文基于颗粒力学理论,分析安息角与颗粒间摩擦特性的关联及水分形态对颗粒团聚的作用.以某600 MW火电厂电除尘器灰斗积灰为样品,采用固定漏斗法测安息角、卤素烘干法控水分、流出漏斗法表征流动性,经多组平行实验验证影响规律.
Based on the theory of particle mechanics,this paper analyzes the correlation between the angle of repose and the friction characteristics within particles and the effect of moisture form on particle agglomeration.Taking the ash accumulated in the ash hopper of an electrostatic precipitator of a 600 MW thermal power plant as a sample,the fixed funnel method was used to measure the angle of repose,the halogen drying method was used to control moisture,and the outflow funnel method was used to characterize the fluidity.The influence laws were verified through multiple groups of parallel experiments.
