资源约束下小农对物联网技术采纳意愿研究OA
Research on Small Farmers' Willingness to Adopt IoT Technology under Resource Constraints
本文探讨在资金与劳动力短缺等多重资源约束下,山区小农户对物联网(IoT)技术采纳意愿的影响机制,为制定差异化推广政策、弥合智慧农业数字鸿沟提供依据.基于技术接受模型(TAM)和计划行为理论(TPB),构建涵盖感知有用性、感知易用性、主观规范与感知行为控制的理论框架,以山东省淄博市博山区347份小农户问卷数据为样本,进行信效度检验后,运用有序Logistic模型分析与异质性分析方法进行实证研究,并进行稳健性检验得出以下结论:感知有用性、主观规范和感知行为控制对小农IoT采纳意愿具有显著正向影响,其中经济效益预期与政府补贴政策作用尤为突出;感知易用性呈现复杂影响,农户虽担忧操作难度但更看重技术实用性;异质性分析表明,粮食种植户决策遵循"约束诱导"逻辑,而经济作物种植户则遵循"收益驱动"逻辑.资源约束通过调节认知与社会因素显著影响小农技术采纳行为,政府应针对不同资源禀赋与作物类型的农户,制定经济效益凸显、操作培训配套、售后保障健全的差异化推广策略,以提升IoT技术采纳率,推动山区农业智慧化转型.
This study investigates the influencing mechanism of mountainous small-scale farmers' willingness to adopt Internet of Things(IoT)technology under multiple resource constraints such as capital and labor shortages,so as to provide a basis for formulating differentiated promotion policies and bridging the digital divide in smart agriculture.Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)and the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),this paper constructs a theoretical framework including perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control.Taking the questionnaire data of 347 small-scale farmers in Boshan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province as samples,this paper conducts reliability and validity tests,adopts the ordered Logistic model and heterogeneity analysis for empirical research,and carries out robustness tests.The conclusions are as follows:perceived usefulness,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have significant positive effects on small-scale farmers' IoT adoption willingness,among which economic benefit expectations and government subsidy policies play particularly prominent roles.Perceived ease of use shows a complex impact;although farmers worry about operational difficulties,they pay more attention to technical practicality.Heterogeneity analysis shows that grain farmers follow the logic of"constraint-induced"decision-making,while cash crop farmers follow the"benefit-driven"logic.Resource constraints significantly affect small-scale farmers' technology adoption behavior by regulating cognitive and social factors.The government should formulate differentiated promotion strategies with prominent economic benefits,supporting operational training and sound after-sales guarantees for farmers with different resource endowments and crop types,so as to improve the adoption rate of IoT technology and promote the intelligent transformation of mountainous agriculture.
