为探究血色卫矛(Euonymus sanguineus)种子中是否含有化感活性物质及其对农作物种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,本研究以青稞和绿豆为受体植物,采用水提法制备其种子、叶、茎的不同浓度梯度(0.02g·mL-1、0.04g·mL-1、0.06g·mL-1、0.08g·mL-1、0.10g·mL-1)的水浸提液,通过培养皿滤纸法测定种子发芽势、发芽率、苗高、根长等指标,并计算化感效应指数(RI).结果表明:血色卫矛水浸提液对青稞的种子萌发与幼苗生长均表现出显著的抑制效应,且抑制作用随浓度升高而增强;而对绿豆的发芽率影响较小,但其幼苗生长(尤其是根长)仍受显著抑制.高浓度(≥0.06g·mL-1)处理下,青稞种子的发芽率和发芽势分别下降至56.67%和34.47%.血色卫矛水浸提液对幼苗根长的抑制作用尤为明显,在0.10g·mL-1叶子浸提液处理下,青稞和绿豆的根长分别仅为对照的6.2%和11.9%,抑制率分别达到93.8%和88.1%.此外,青稞对化感物质的敏感性显著高于绿豆,且根系生长对抑制作用较地上部分更为敏感.本研究证实,血色卫矛种子中含有较强的化感活性物质,可显著抑制受体植物的萌发与根系发育,为其种群天然更新障碍的成因提供了化感角度的科学解释,也为该物种在农林复合经营中的合理配置及植物源化感物质的开发利用提供了理论依据.

To investigate whether the seeds of Euonymus sanguineus contain allelopathic substances and to assess their effects on the germination and seedling growth of crops,highland barley and mung bean were selected as recipient plants in this study.Water extracts of varying concentrations(0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08,0.10 g·mL-1)of water extracts from the seeds,leaves,and stems of Euonymus sanguineus.Seed germination potential,germination rate,seedling height,root length,and other indicators were measured using the petri dish filter paper method,and the allelopathic response index(RI)was calculated.The results showed that the water extracts of Euonymus sanguineus exhibited a significant inhibitory effect on both the seed germination and seedling growth of barley,and this inhibitory effect increased with rising concentration;while the effect on mung bean germination rate was relatively minor,though seedling growth(particularly root length)was still significantly inhibited.Under high-concentration treatment(≥0.06 g·mL-1),the germination rate and germination potential of barley seeds decreased to 56.67%and 34.47%,respectively.The inhibitory effect of the water extract of Euonymus alatus on seedling root length was particularly pronounced;under treatment with a 0.10 g·mL-1 leaf extract,the root lengths of barley and mung beans were only 6.2%and 11.9%of the control,respectively,with inhibition rates reaching 93.8%and 88.1%.In addition,barley was significantly more sensitive to allelopathic substances than mung beans,and root growth was more sensitive to the inhibitory effect than the aboveground parts.This study confirms that the seeds of Euonymus alatus contain potent allelopathic substances that can significantly inhibit the germination and root development of recipient plants.It provides a scientific explanation from the perspective of allelopathy for the causes of obstacles to the natural regeneration of its populations,and offers a theoretical basis for the rational allocation of this species in agroforestry systems as well as the development and utilization of plant-derived allelopathic substances.
