乙草胺对水生动物风险及其防控措施OA
Risk of Acetochlor to Aquatic Organisms and Its Prevention and Control Measures
近年来,乙草胺(Acetochlor)作为一种选择性除草剂被广泛应用于农业中,随着土壤、水体中乙草胺的频繁检出,其环境污染问题与食品安全问题受到了人们的密切关注.研究表明,乙草胺易通过径流和渗透作用污染水源,对水生生物、人类健康以及生态环境构成危害,已被美国环保署(U.S.Environmental Protection Agency,EPA)列为B-2类致癌物.本文通过介绍乙草胺的理化性质、使用情况,总结了当前乙草胺在环境中的残留分布、对水生生物毒性效应以及防治措施的研究进展,阐述目前在防治措施中仍存在的问题,并对面临的挑战和未来发展方向进行展望,旨在为乙草胺的防治提供理论参考.
In recent years,acetochlor,a selective herbicide,has been widely used in agriculture.With its frequent detection in soil and water bodies,Concerns regarding environmental pollution and food safety have attracted close attention.Studies have shown that acetochlor can easily contaminate water sources through runoff and leaching,posing a threat to aquatic organisms,human health and the ecological environment.It has been classified as a B-2 carcinogen by the US Environmental Protection Agency(EPA).This article introduces the physicochemical properties and application of acetochlor,summarizes the current research progress on its residue distribution in the environment,toxic effects on aquatic organisms,and control measures,elaborates on the existing problems in the control measures,and provides an outlook on the challenges and future development directions,aiming to provide theoretical references for the control of acetochlor.
