Development of 36% Bixlozone Suspension Concentrate
为开发36%二氯异噁草酮悬浮剂(SC),系统研究了不同助剂体系制剂性能的影响.重点考察了润湿分散剂(木质素、磺酸盐复合物、聚羧酸盐类等)、增稠剂(白炭黑、硅酸镁铝等)、防冻剂(乙二醇)的配伍性及用量,并通过热储稳定性、低温稳定性、粒径分布、析水率、流动性等指标进行评价.结果表明,5%88A、1%D205和2%DS539时较为理想;填料选择:2%白炭黑;增稠剂:0.05%黄原胶+0.5%硅酸镁铝SF04、5%乙二醇和0.2%消泡剂,用去离子水补足至100%.制得的悬浮剂热储后粒径增长可控(D90<7 μm),析水率<15%,湿筛合格,满足悬浮剂生产的检测指标,体系稳定性良好.本研究为36%二氯异噁草酮悬浮剂的工业化生产提供了配方基础.
To develop a 36%Bixlozone Suspension Concentrate(SC),a systematic study was conducted on the effects of different co-formulant systems on formulation performance.Focus was placed on investigating the compatibility and proportion of wetting and dispersing agents(lignin,sulfonate complexes,polycarboxylates,etc.),thickeners(silica,magnesium aluminum silicate,etc.),and antifreeze agents(ethylene glycol).They were evaluated using indicators including accelerated storage stability,low-temperature stability,particle size distribution,suspensibility,and flowability.The results showed that the optimal formulation consisted of 5%lignin 88A,1%polycarboxylate D205,and 2%DS539 as wetting and dispersing agents;2%silica as the filler;0.05%xanthan gum+0.5%magnesium aluminum silicate SF04 as thickeners;5%ethylene glycol as the antifreeze agent;and 0.2%defoamer,with deionized water added to make up the balance to 100%.The prepared SC exhibited controllable particle size growth(D90<7 μm)after accelerated storage,suspensibility less than 15%,and qualified wet-sieving performance,meeting the technical indicators for SC formulation and demonstrating excellent system stability.This study provides a formulation basis for the industrial production of 36%Bixlozone SC.
