Pesticide registration data disclosure is a core measure to protect the public's right to know,enhance regulatory transparency,and promote industrial innovation.This paper systematically analyzed registration data disclosure systems in major regulatory jurisdictions,including the United States,the European Union,and Australia,and compared them across multiple dimensions,including legal framework,disclosure content,and technical platforms.Based on the current situation and identified gaps in pesticide registration data disclosure in China,this study proposed policy recommendations,including improving legal coordination mechanisms,establishing full-chain content systems,strengthening technical support capabilities,and perfecting public participation mechanisms,which provided a reference for promoting the modernization of China's pesticide regulatory system.
