Thoughts on China's Participation in the Mutual Acceptance of Data(MAD)System for Pesticides
本文系统梳理了2021-2025年,中国、欧盟及美国新化学农药首次登记情况,分析比较了其发展趋势与差异特征.在此基础上,进一步探讨我国加入经济合作与发展组织(OECD)化学品互认体系(MAD)的意义,评估其对国内创制新化学农药海外登记以及国外农药进入中国市场带来的潜在影响,旨在为完善我国农药登记试验管理体系、促进农药行业高质量发展提供有益参考.
This study provides a systematic review of new chemical pesticides first registered in China,the European Union,and the United States between 2021 and 2025,analyzing their developmental trends and comparative characteristics.Building on this analysis,the paper further explores the significance of China's participation to the OECD Mutual Acceptance of Data(MAD)system and evaluates its potential impact on the overseas registration of domestically developed new chemical pesticides,as well as on the market entry of foreign pesticides into China.The research aims to provide valuable references for improving China's management system for pesticide registration tests and promoting high-quality development of the pesticide industry.
