以蒙药那仁满都拉及其11种配伍单药为原料,提取多糖、分别制备12种多糖铁,并对其进行定性、定量分析.利用红外光谱(IR)表征铁核的形成,微量间接碘量法测定含铁量,化学分析法检验其水溶性、稳定性和还原性.结果显示,12种多糖与Fe3+形成了Fe-OOH铁核且为聚合的β-Fe-OOH结构.12种多糖铁为无定形粉末状固体,具有良好的水溶性和稳定性.在酸性介质中可解离出Fe3+,在5 h左右可以被抗坏血酸(VC)还原.其含铁量介于20.56%~45.50%之间.表明12种多糖与Fe3+形成了水溶性良好的稳定配合物,在VC作用下完全还原,具备良好的生物利用度.

Using the Mongolian medicine Narenmandula and its 11 compatible single drugs as raw materials,poly-saccharides were extracted and 12 kinds of polysaccharide iron were prepared respectively,and qualitative and quanti-tative analyses were conducted on them.The formation of iron cores was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),the iron content was determined by micro-indirect iodometric method,and the water solubility,stability,and reducibil-ity were examined by chemical analysis methods.The results showed that 12 polysaccharides formed Fe-OOH iron cores with Fe³+,exhibiting a polymeric β-Fe-OOH structure.All 12 polysaccharide iron complexes were amorphous powdery solids with good water solubility and stability.They could dissociate Fe³+ in acidic medium and could be re-duced by ascorbic acid(VC)in approximately 5 h.Their iron content ranged from 20.56%to 45.50%.These findings indicate that the 12 polysaccharides formed stable water-soluble complexes with Fe³+,which could be completely re-duced under the action of VC,and had good bioavailability.
