谷子苗期抗旱性种质鉴定OA
Identification of Drought-Resistant Germplasm in Foxtail Millet at the Seedling Stage
干旱是全球最严重的自然灾害之一,开展作物抗旱性鉴定对品种筛选至关重要.为了给谷子抗旱品种选育提供重要的材料和评价依据,以217份谷子种质资源为材料,在苗期进行了抗旱性综合评价.通过模拟干旱与正常条件,测定相关表型性状,并进行相关性分析及主成分分析.结果表明,6个相对性状指标的变异幅度为19%~59%,说明供试材料在抗旱性上具有丰富的遗传多样性,适合用于抗旱性评价.基于主成分分析提取的综合得分F值进行聚类,将217份谷子种质划分为4个类群:抗旱型60份、中度抗旱型60份、中度敏感型47份和敏感型50份.根据F值进一步筛选出抗旱性最强的10个品种,依次为中谷19、24D1-12、豫谷18号、豫谷1号、大同37、W11-50、农谷1号、金香玉小白米、峰杂谷1号、延谷14.
Drought is one of the most severe natural disasters worldwide,and identifying crop drought resistance is crucial for variety screening.To provide valuable materials and an evaluation basis for breeding drought-resistant foxtail millet varieties,a comprehensive evaluation of drought resistance at the seedling stage was conducted using 217 foxtail millet germplasm resources.By simulating drought and normal conditions,relevant phenotypic traits were measured,fol-lowed by correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results indicated that the six relative trait indices exhibited a variation range of 19%to 59%,suggesting rich genetic diversity in drought resistance among the tested ma-terials,which rendered them suitable for drought resistance evaluation.Based on cluster analysis using the comprehen-sive score(F-value)derived from PCA,the 217 foxtail millet germplasms were categorized into four groups:60 acces-sions with drought-resistant type,60 with moderately resistant type,47 with moderately sensitive type,and 50 with sen-sitive type.Furthermore,based on the F-values,the top 10 varieties with the strongest drought resistance were identi-fied as follows:Zhonggu 19,24D1-12,Yugu 18,Yugu 1,Datong 37,W11-50,Nonggu 1,Jinxiangyu Xiaobaimi,Feng-zagu 1,and Yangu 14.
