针对气候变化对新型电力系统的影响,基于压力-状态-响应模型构建广西新型电力系统气候韧性评估指标体系.采用熵权、CRITIC法和层次分析法组合权重,运用Beta分布分位数划分韧性等级,改进云模型修正边界偏差,结合耦合协调度分析其子系统协同效应.研究表明,2015-2022年广西新型电力系统气候韧性指数由0.653 6变化至0.607 5,整体维持在较高韧性水平,其中2020年达到峰值0.727,主要受益于可再生能源装机扩容;压力子系统受人口增长与极端气候制约,状态子系统因非水可再生能源占比提升而得到显著改善,响应子系统受政策时滞影响;耦合协调度维持在"初级协调",揭示子系统强交互特性.建议通过优化供能模式、强化储能布局等措施提升高比例可再生能源系统气候韧性.

In response to the impact of climate change on the new power system,this paper constructs a climate resilience assessment index system for the new power system of Guangxi based on the pressure-state-response(PSR)model.It uses a combination of entropy weight,objective weighting value,and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight,applies Beta distribution quantiles to classify resilience levels,improves the cloud model to correct boundary deviations,and analyzes the synergistic effects of its subsystems through coupling coordination degree.Research shows that from 2015 to 2022,the climate resilience index of the new power system in Guangxi changed from 0.534 2 to 0.694 7,maintaining a relatively high level of resilience.In 2020,it reached a peak of 0.727,mainly due to the expansion of renewable energy installed capacity.The pressure subsystem remains constrained by population growth and extreme climate,while the state subsystem improves significantly due to the increased proportion of non-hydro renewable energy.The response subsystem is affected by policy implementation delays.The coupling coordination degree is maintained at primary coordination,reflecting the strong subsystem interactions.It is recommended to enhance the climate resilience of systems with a high proportion of renewable energy through measures such as optimizing energy supply models and strengthening energy storage infrastructure.
