辅助服务市场环境下虚拟储能电厂多时间尺度滚动优化调度OA
Multi Time Scale Rolling Optimized Scheduling of VSP in Ancillary Service Market
根据虚拟储能电厂(virtual energy storage plant,VSP)中用户负荷特性与可控负荷时域响应特征以及辅助服务调节潜力,提出了可反映灵活性资源响应性能差异的调峰性能指标,基于调峰性能指标建立了以VSP运营收益最高为目标的日前优化模型,以及以滚动时域内VSP出力变化惩罚成本最低为目标的时前滚动与实时修正优化模型.在日前阶段,通过线性规划算法求解日前最优申报电量以及与用户签约调峰合同数量;在日内阶段,将滚动优化策略引入复合微分进化算法中对模型进行求解,形成对日内-时前/实时两阶段出力偏差的滚动跟踪和校正反馈.最后,通过算例分析验证了所提模型及策略在改善需求侧资源调峰灵活性和提升VSP应急调峰能力方面的优势.
According to the user load characteristics and the controllable load time-domain response features and the regulation potential of auxiliary services in virtual energy storage plants(VSP),this paper proposes a peak shaving performance index,which can reflect the difference in response performance of flexible resources.Based on the index,a day ahead optimization model aiming at maximizing the operating income of VSP and a time-ahead rolling and real-time correction optimization model aiming at minimizing the penalty cost of VSP output changes in rolling time domain are established respectively.In the day ahead stage,the linear programming algorithm is used to solve the day ahead optimal declared power and the number of peak shaving contracts signed with users.In the intra-day stage,the rolling optimization strategy is introduced into the composite differential evolution algorithm to solve the model,forming a rolling tracking and correction feedback for the output deviation in the intra-day and time-ahead/real-time stages.Finally,an example is given to verify the advantages of the proposed model and strategy in improving the flexibility of demand side resource peak shaving and enhancing the capacity of VSP emergency peak shaving.
