瑜伽防治乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的最佳证据总结OA

Objective To retrieve,evaluate,and summarize the best evidence on yoga for preventing and treating breast cancer-relat-ed lymphedema(BCRL),and to provide an evidence-based foundation for developing intervention protocols for preventing and treating BCRL.Methods Following the"6S"evidence model,we conducted a systematic search of databases and relevant websites for evi-dence on yoga in preventing and treating BCRL from inception to July 10,2025.We then screened the literature,assessed its method-ological quality,and extracted and summarized the relevant evidence.Results Fifteen articles were included:three guidelines,two evidence summaries,two expert consensuses,and eight systematic reviews.We extracted and summarized thirty-two pieces of evidence regarding yoga's role in preventing and treating BCRL into nine key areas:the benefits of yoga,pre-exercise evaluation,target popula-tion,yoga styles,training protocols,frequency and intensity,instructor training and supervision,guiding principles,and precautions.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence on yoga for preventing and treating BCRL in patients with breast cancer.Health care providers should implement the evidence according to patients'characteristics and clinical situations to decrease the inci-dence of lymphedema and improve their quality of life.
