Objective Summarizing the best evidence on swallowing rehabilitation training for patients with posterior fossa tumors,to provide reference for clinical nursing care.Methods Based on the"5S"model,computer searches were conducted in Chinese and English databases including PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,SinoMed,VIP,Embase,Web of Science,and relevant guideline websites for lit-erature related to feeding training management in neurosurgical patients with dysphagia,with the search period from the establishment of the database to July 2025.Based on clear inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature screening,quality assessment,evidence extrac-tion,and final summary were carried out.Results Ultimately,a total of 12 articles were adopted,including 3 guidelines,5 evidence summaries,2 expert consensuses,and 2 systematic reviews,Twenty-seven best pieces of evidence were formed,mainly covering meal preparation before meals,oral care,food texture,eating training,rehabilitation training and health education.Conclusion This study provides an evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff to conduct feeding rehabilitation training for patients with swallowing disor-ders caused by posterior cranial fossa tumors.It is recommended that clinical medical staff selectively apply the evidence based on the patient's swallowing function level,disease characteristics,and rehabilitation stage,in order to improve the patient's swallowing func-tion and feeding safety,and enhance their quality of life.
