口腔癌患者术后放疗期自我症状管理的用户画像研究OA

Objective To explore self-symptom management characteristics and population differences of oral cancer patients during postoperative radiotherapy,and to provide guidance for the development of self-symptom management intervention programs for this group during radiotherapy or the development of mobile medical procedures.Methods Fifteen oral cancer patients undergoing ra-diotherapy in outpatient were selected using purposive sampling;one-to-one semi-structured interviews were conducted to obtain in-formation on patients'personal attributes,self-symptom management,and social support.The data were analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step method.Patient characteristics are manually extracted and the visualization of user persona was completed by using Word Art word cloud map and user labels.Results Five characteristics were extracted:basic characteristics,psychological adjustment,self-management cognition,self-management behavior and social support.Four typical user persona of self-management in oral can-cer patients during radiotherapy were constructed:optimistic and self-disciplined type,passive laissez-faire type,anxiety contradiction type and passive accepting type.Conclusion There are vast differences in self-symptom management among oral cancer patients during radiotherapy,and user persona can help to build and mine different types of patient persona and group characteristics,which will provide reference for more personalized and precise clinical interventions in the future.
